I enjoyed every detail here, including staff and location, that were great. The beds were uncomfortable here, nevertheless it was a good stay all in all. The restaurant was pleasant and offered excellent dishes.

The bathroom I had was tired.

Spent here 1 lovely day and would return here. Standard queen room had upgrades, it was functional and bright. Smooth check-in, just what we needed. Pleasant staff and very central location.

Upgraded hotel, I loved its central location so close to the city centre, Bournemouth railway station and the main areas of Bournemouth and beach. The staff was helpful, no complaints.

I appreciated easy location and the helpful service of the team. Breakfast was savoury, including cheese, eggs and breads. I got the standard king room, it was absolutely gorgeous and practical. They had a quick check-in too.

I can't wait to go back if I go to Bournemouth, liked my really unforgettable stay. Prime location, delightful food, COMPETENT staff. All in all it's spotlessly clean place, they have great beds.

Spotless place with gorgeous breakfasts. Lovely beds, climate control and coffee were a nice touch. The location was top, just a short walk away from a victorian pier. I visited tapas bar and enjoyed warm drinks.

Overall I loved that low-budget hotel. Rooms were comfortable and incredibly comfortable with perfect beds. Great breakfast where breads, cheese and eggs were available. The beach was beautiful. Venue was spotless and the service was accommodating!
